ASME SA213 TP316L boiler seamless U-bend tube is a U-shaped tube made from 316L austenitic stainless steel, manufactured in accordance with the ASME SA213 standard. It is designed for seamless tubes used in boilers, superheaters, and heat exchangers.

ASME SA213 TP316L tubing offers excellent corrosion resistance and superior mechanical properties, making it suitable for high-temperature and corrosive service environments.

ASME SA213 TP316L U-bent tube is produced by bending straight tubes using an automatic U-bending machine under a cold bending process. To control wall thinning and ovality during bending, a mandrel is inserted into the tube. In addition, these U-bend tubes undergo stress-relief annealing under controlled conditions and cycles to extend their service life. They are ideal for installation in compact spaces within heat exchanger or boiler systems.
